Qualifications

Kate earned her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University,  in May of 2016,  and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in November of that year. She received her bachelor’s degree from Xavier University, with a B.A. in History and a minor in Political Science.  While in law school, Kate worked for Liberty Mutual’s legal department and served as a Senior Associate Editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review.   Prior to joining Eraclides Gelman, Kate practiced law at a defense firm in Nashville.  Kate is an active member of the Lawyers’ Association for Woman – Marion Griffin Chapter, and the Nashville Bar Association.  Kate currently practices in the area of insurance defense, specializing in workers’ compensation claims.
