Lee F. Tittsworth

Qualifications

Lee F. Tittsworth focuses his practice in Workers’ Compensation defense, representing employers and insurers in all aspects of workers’ compensation claims and disputes throughout Georgia.

Lee graduated from Oxford College of Emory University with an Associate of Arts in 2004 and Emory College with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish in 2007. He obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia, School of Law in 2010. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and has been admitted to practice in front of the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining Eraclides Gelman, Lee served as a prosecutor for over eight years in the Coweta and Gwinnett Judicial Circuits. He participated in dozens of jury trials and hundreds of hearings. From 2017 to 2019, Lee was the sole appellate prosecutor for the Gwinnett Judicial Circuit, handling appeals in front of the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals for all serious violent felonies. Over his career, Lee has had more than thirty opinions published in cases in which he served as counsel.

When away from work, Lee enjoys watching the Georgia Bulldogs, going to the Fox Theatre, eating barbecue, and spending time with his family.
