Malasia McDuffie

Qualifications

Malasia received her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida in 2016 and her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2020. While in law school, Malasia earned the Book Award in the Business Law Clinic. She graduated with a certificate in Business Law. Malasia also competed on the Florida State College of Law Moot Court Team and served on the executive board as an Intramural Co-chair. In 2019, she competed in the National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare and Adoption Law, where her team was awarded the First Runner Up award. She was awarded a “Best Oralist” award among all of the oralists in the competition. In 2020, Malasia was awarded the John Barretto Moot Court Team Award for demonstrating the spirit of service to the Team.  Malasia is licensed to practice law in Florida and focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense.
