Marian Greer

Qualifications

Marian graduated magna cum laude from the University of Memphis with her Bachelor’s Degree in 2007 and obtained her Juris Doctor in 2011 from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law. Marian began her career as an Assistant District Attorney with the State of Tennessee, prosecuting hundreds of misdemeanor and felony criminal cases. Marian subsequently went on to represent the State of Georgia as a Special Assistant Attorney General for three years where she oversaw child and elder abuse cases for a multi-county judicial district. Marian is an experienced litigator and now focuses her practice on defending workers’ compensation matters. Marian is licensed to practice law in Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia.
