Max Smith

Qualifications

Max received his Bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State University in 2013 and his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from The Florida State University College of Law in 2017. While in law school, Max was a member of the Florida State Business Review and a recipient, with high honors, of the Florida State Business Law Certificate. He also worked as a law clerk at the Office of the Attorney General of Florida in the Consumer Protection Division and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Lori S. Rowe at the First District Court of Appeal. Prior to joining the firm, Max spent two years practicing commercial litigation and bankruptcy law.

Max is a member of the Florida Bar and is also admitted to the the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He currently focuses his practice solely on workers’ compensation defense.
