Yosue Ochoa

Qualifications

Yosue received his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Central Florida in 2010 and his law degree, Magna Cum Laude, from St. Thomas University, School of Law in 2015.  During law School, he served as an intern for then Chief Judge Frank Shepherd of The Third District Court of Appeal of Florida and served as a Judicial Extern for Justice James E.C. Perry of the Florida Supreme Court.  In his final semester of law school, Yosue also successfully argued an appeal in front of the Third District Court of Appeal. He concentrates his practice defending workers’ compensation cases.  Yosue is a member of The Florida Bar, The Florida Bar’s Workers’ Compensation Section, The Florida Bar’s Appellate Practice Section, The Florida Bar’s Young lawyers Division, and the Peter T. Fay Inn of Court.
