Kirk received his Bachelor of Science in Physics from Oglethorpe University. While there, he played four years of Varsity Tennis and was team captain his senior year. Kirk received his law degree from Emory University School of Law.
During law school, Kirk worked as an intern at Georgia PATENTS, where he helped a wide range of clients obtain patent protection. In addition, Kirk worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Margo Bagley, for whom he researched topics in the areas of Patent, Trademark, and Copyright.
Kirk is currently licensed to practice law in Georgia. He focuses his practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation Defense.
