Victoria Olson

Qualifications

Victoria earned her Bachelor’s degree from Georgia College and State University in 2015, and her law degree from Mercer University School of Law in 2020.  She is an Associate Attorney in Eraclides Gelman’s Atlanta office and practices in the field of insurance defense. She specializes in defending Workers’ Compensation claims throughout Georgia.

Prior to joining the firm, Victoria practiced at an Atlanta law firm and specialized in various areas of general liability defense, including ride-share liability, transportation/trucking accidents, and premises liability. While in law school, Victoria was a member of the Atlanta Intellectual Property Inn of Court, the Association of Women Law Students, and Phi Alpha Delta. Additionally, each year at Mercer University School of Law, she earned the Dean’s Scholarship.

When she is not advocating for her clients, Victoria loves spending time with her family and friends, reading thrillers, and taking classes at Orange Theory Fitness. She also enjoys volunteering with the American Red Cross.
