AJ received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2021, magna cum laude, and his law degree from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2025. In the year between undergrad and law school, he interned for an estate planning law firm in Alpharetta, Georgia. After his first year at Georgia State, he interned with a former Assistant United States District Attorney handling cases involving white collar crime, trademark infringement, and criminal law. While studying at GSU, he worked as a reference librarian assisting the Public with their law-related questions. AJ also earned a health law certificate, taking courses related to healthcare quality and finance as well as biotechnology. During his last semester, he worked at the Office of Policy and Legislative Analysis with the Georgia Legislature. AJ focuses his practice on the defense of workers’ compensation claims in the firm’s Georgia office.
