Dan received his Bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University in 1989 and his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1996. A member of the Florida Bar since 1996 Dan is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Dan concentrates his practice in the defense of workers’ compensation cases and other labor and employment matters. Dan is a member of the Florida Bar (Workers’ Compensation and Labor and Employment Sections) and the Lee Collier and Sarasota Bar Associations. Dan has lectured at various seminars including continuing education classes for insurance claims professionals.
