Kirby received her Bachelor’s degree in Business & Public Policy from Young Harris College in 2019, where she played collegiate softball. She received her law degree from Mercer University School of Law in 2025. During law school, Kirby obtained a certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting, and held executive positions in the Child Welfare & Family Law Society. She also worked at a family law firm in North Georgia and served as a legal intern for the Georgia Court of Appeals. Kirby now focuses her practice on the defense of workers’ compensation claims in the firm’s Georgia office.
