Qualifications
Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Memphis in 2018 and her law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2021. While in law school, Ashley was a member of the Moot Court board and competed nationally in the American Bar Association moot court competition. Additionally, Ashley spent time volunteering at local high schools in Memphis, Tennessee, teaching law classes through a program called Street Law. She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Remedies, given to the highest grade in the class. Ashley began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit in Escambia County, Florida. She prosecuted thousands of criminal cases at both the misdemeanor and felony level. Ashley now focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense in the firm’s Pensacola office.
