R. Aubrey Davis

Qualifications

Aubrey received his Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in Psychology with a Minor in Business from Sewanee: University of the South in 2020. While at Sewanee, he was a member of the nationally ranked Men’s Tennis Team.

Aubrey earned his law degree from Belmont University College of Law in 2024.  Throughout his time at Belmont Law, Aubrey had the privilege of serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Mikell R. Scarborough in Charleston, South Carolina, and for the Honorable Thomas W. Brothers of the Sixth Circuit Court for the 20th Judicial District of Tennessee (Nashville/Davidson County). Additionally, he garnered invaluable experience including litigation experience while working closely with the Principal Partner of a busy private practice.  Aubrey is licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee and focuses his practice on defending workers’ compensation cases in the firm’s Tennessee office.
