Caitlin Oliver

Qualifications

Caitlin received her Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Rollins College in 2009 and her law degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2012.  While in law school, Caitlin worked as an intern for the Florida Bankers’ Association, lobbying during session for the interests of Florida businesses.  Additionally, Caitlin worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Second Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office and also clerked for a civil firm.  Caitlin began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in Orange County Florida.  In three years at the Public Defender’s Office, Caitlin tried as first defense chair over twenty criminal cases at both the felony and misdemeanor level, and an additional fifteen cases as second defense chair.  She has represented over 1,000 criminal cases.  Caitlin focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense and is licensed to practice law in Florida.
