Qualifications

David received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in 2017, and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2022. During law school, David gained invaluable legal experience interning with a personal injury and criminal defense law firm. He was also an In-House Counsel Intern with one of the world’s largest casual dining companies. During his time at Stetson, David volunteered as a certified tax preparer with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, to provide free tax preparation services to low-to moderate-income taxpayers. He also volunteered as a mentor with Stetson’s School-to-School Mentoring Project at Boca Ciega High School in St. Petersburg, Florida. David is licensed to practice in Florida and focuses his practice in the defense of workers’ compensation cases.
