Qualifications

Felicia received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida in 2012, graduating summa cum laude. She received her law degree from the Florida A&M University College of Law in 2016, where she was Valedictorian for the Spring graduating class.  While in law school, Felicia served on the editorial board as the Executive Editor for FAMU’s Law Review. She also placed second in the 2015 Dean Frank E. Maloney Memorial Writing Contest, held by the Florida Bar Environmental and Land Use Law Section, and has two publications in peer-reviewed journals. Felicia is licensed to practice law in Florida, practicing in the area of workers’ compensation defense.
