Qualifications

Jason received an Associate of Science degree in General Studies in 2016 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 2019 from Weber State University, cum laude. He received his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 2022. While in law school, Jason worked as a law clerk for the Florida Office of the Attorney General’s Civil Litigation Division in Tallahassee and was a member of various student organizations including the Business Law Society, Student Bar Association, and Trafficking in America Task Force. Jason is licensed to practice law in Florida and focuses his practice on the defense of workers’ compensation claims in the firm’s Fort Myers/Sarasota office.
