John Rodriquez

Qualifications

John received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Columbus State University in 2020, and his law degree from Mercer University School of Law, graduating cum laude, in 2023.

While in law school, John served as a member of the Mercer Law Review for Volume 73 and was elected to join the Editorial Board as the 11th Circuit Survey book editor for Volume 74. John’s case note, Government Discretion Advised (Even if it’s Unconstitutional): How the Eleventh Circuit has Expanded the United States’ Immunity from Tort Suites, was published in Vol. 73 of the Mercer Law Review. Additionally, John worked as a law clerk at a real estate litigation firm in Macon.

John now focuses his practice on the defense of workers’ compensation claims in the firm’s Georgia office.
