Lydie Arakaza

Qualifications

Lydie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Supervision and Management at Broward College in 2020, and graduated from St. Thomas University Benjamin L.  Crump College of Law in 2023. While in law school, Lydie was the student articles editor of the St. Thomas Law Review and competed in a National Trial Advocacy Competition. Lydie was also board member of the Maritime Law Society, Palmero Mentorship Program, and Public Interest Law Society. During her third year of law school, Lydie volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem in Broward County, advocating for children in the foster care community. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and focuses on workers’ compensation defense in the firm’s Miami office.
