Michael C. Crumpler

Qualifications

Mike has represented insurance carriers, Self-Insureds, and Third Party Administrators for the past 26 years.  Mike is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Workers’ Compensation since 2000. He has litigated more than 90 files through Final Hearing in both State and Federal court cases. Mike has served as appellate counsel in over 27 appeals to the First District of Appeal, US Department of Labor Benefits Review Board and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  He is experienced in defending Longshore and Harborworkers’ Compensation Act cases.

Mike graduated from the University of Florida, B.A.; University of North Florida, M.P.A. and Thomas M. Cooley Law School/Western Michigan University School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. Mike attended the Florida State University School of Law as a visiting student during his last year of law school.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990.

Mike is admitted to practice before the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Mike is a past president of the Rotary Club of West Jacksonville and the E. Robert Williams American Inns of Court. He currently serves a volunteer at The Players Championship.
