Mike Casto

Qualifications

Michael received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in 2006 and his law degree from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2012. He is licensed to practice law in Florida,  and is a member of the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section. He has over 15 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation field and has held both the Technical Services Certified (TSC) and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designations with the American Staffing Association. While in law school, Michael was a lost time adjuster for one of the largest third-party administrators in the United States and managed complex, litigated workers’ compensation cases. As an attorney, Michael uses his skills in identifying risks and interpreting the law to help guide clients through the complexities of the workers’ compensation system. He is an experienced litigator and regularly speaks at seminars on Florida’s Workers’ Compensation law. He practices in the firm’s Jacksonville office.
