Morgan A. Indek

Qualifications

Morgan received his Bachelor’s degree from Florida Southern College in 1995 and his law degree from Barry University School of Law in 2002 where he was recognized with the Faculty Award at graduation. While in law school Morgan worked for CNA Insurance as a National Accounts lead underwriter in employee benefits. Morgan has served as a litigation manager handling ERISA claims including Short and Long Term Disability AD&D and Life Insurance litigation. Since 2002 Morgan has been practicing in the area of workers’ compensation defense. He has handled more than 50 Merit Hearings with trials before all of the judges in Orlando Daytona Melbourne Gainesville Lakeland Port St. Lucie and Jacksonville Districts. Morgan has successfully represented clients in several appeals to the First District Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Florida Bar (Workers’ Compensation Section). Morgan is a certified instructor in Workers’ Compensation by the Florida Department of Financial Services.
