Nina Szymaszek

Qualifications

Nina received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee in 2018. While at the University of Tennessee, she served as an intern for the Knox County Mayor’s Office and was a member of the Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society. Prior to entering law school, Nina served as a congressional intern for the United States Senate. Nina began her law school career at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. She served as a member of the Law Review for Volume 51 and was selected to join the Editorial Board of the Law Review for Volume 52. During her first summer in law school, Nina interned for an immigration clinic in Memphis, TN. The following summer, she worked as a law clerk for a plaintiff’s personal injury firm. In her final year of law school, Nina had the opportunity to be the judicial clerk for Division III of the State of Tennessee Circuit Court for the 30th Judicial District at Memphis. Nina moved to Atlanta shortly after graduating from law school in 2022 and now focuses her practice on the defense of worker’s compensation claims in Georgia.
