Qualifications

Ryan received his Bachelor’s degree in History and International Affairs from Florida State University in 2012 and his law degree, Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern College of Law in 2015.  He focuses his practice entirely on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, and third-party administrators. Ryan has been a partner in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Office of Eraclides Gelman since 2019. He has experience handling workers’ compensation cases at both the trial and appellate levels.  Ryan became Board Certified in workers’ compensation in 2022 and is an active member of the Miami Dade Chapter of the American Inn of Court.
