At Eraclides Gelman, our diverse and inclusive culture makes us a better firm. We understand the importance of having a workforce that reflects the various communities in which we work and we strive to create an environment where diverse attorneys want to be and have the opportunity to flourish.

While we are proud of our diversity and inclusiveness, we also understand that our approach to diversity and inclusion is an area where our practices will continually grow and evolve. To ensure we continue to progress, we have created a Diversity and Inclusiveness Committee. The founding members of the committee are attorneys Mike Quiggins of the Tallahassee office, and Robert Dong of the Atlanta office.

The committee is responsible for the strategic direction of our diversity and inclusion initiatives and promoting the foundational principle of inclusiveness. We all strive to continue our growth in diversity and inclusiveness.
