- To increase the value of the claim!
- Generally, the claimant’s attorney is WELL aware the adjuster does NOT want their deposition taken as many of them are former workers’ compensation defense attorneys.
- In short, the Claimant’s attorney hopes the adjuster would rather pay more money to settle the claim than have their deposition taken.
- DO NOT let them bully you into paying more . . . “take the wind out of their sails” by agreeing to the deposition!
