Florida has released the max comp rate for 2025:

“Accordingly, the maximum weekly compensation rate for work-related injuries and illnesses occurring on or after January 1, 2025, shall be $1,295.”

It is a $35 increase from last year, a smaller jump than the $63 increase in 2023 and $98 in 2022.   Here is the memo.   And this only affects claims with a date of accident in 2025.

A side note, it does list the minimum CR as well, it remains $20.   That only affects a very very small number of claims, it applies only when  the AWW is $30 or less, you round up the CR to $20.
